SYNCO EasyGo for Xtalk Series Only
The SYNCO EasyGo is a computer-based tool for SYNCO Xtalk wireless intercom headsets. It helps users quickly update and pair SYNCO headsets, continuously enhances performance, and connects the entire SYNCO intercom headset series.

Read the notes to ensure successful update
1. Firmware Version Confirmation
Please ensure the firmware package version matches your Xtalk system series (X Series/XPro Series). Mismatched versions may damage the device.
2. Firmware/Voice Pack Update
When using the SYNCO EasyGo to update firmware for the first time, please:
①Connect the headset to the SYNCO EasyGo, and choose BOTH firmware and voice pack simultaneously.
②Long press the "+" and "-" buttons on Xtalk headset.
③Release the Button "+" then Button "-" after hearing "beep beep" → "beep", and IMMEDIATELY click "Install" on SYNCO EasyGo.
Note: ①No need to repeat the above steps for the next update;
②ALL headsets are required for the upgrade operation.
If the update is interrupted due to disconnection, please unplug and reconnect the data cable to continue the update.
3. Pairing Considerations
①When pairing headsets from different series, the LOW version firmware can only connect with other LOW version firmware.
Example: The X Series uses X5_BP_LOW_1.1.3.1, while the XPro Series uses X5_PRO_LOW_1.1.3.0. (The word LOW refers to low latency.)
②If pairing exceeds 5 devices, maintain a distance of at least 50cm between headsets when pairing and using to avoid signal interference.
③Headsets with low-latency firmware cannot pair with the Xtalk Link.
